Job Title: Oracle Analytics Lead
Location: London
Start Date: July
Job Type: Permanent

Our public sector client are looking to engage and Oracle Analytics Lead to grow the analytics and AI capability within their Organisation, supporting evidence-based decision-making across HR, Finance, Logistics, Commercial, and Operations through tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of analytics products.
  • Own the roadmap for analytics, AI, and ML capabilities.
  • Engage stakeholders and translate needs into reports/dashboards.
  • Mentor a small team of analysts.
  • Promote data literacy and governance.
  • Build and optimise data integrations and pipelines.
  • Present strategic/technical proposals and champion data-driven improvements.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in analytics or data product roles.
  • Proven use of Oracle Analytics Cloud/Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud or eBusiness Suite.
  • Skills in ETL, data modelling, and reporting.
  • Leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Public sector or shared services experience is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong with SaaS, PaaS, and Oracle data architecture.
  • Proficient in SQL, data security, and analytics UX.
  • Good understanding of Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Machine Learning and AI capabilities.
  • Strong communication and storytelling with data.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer/Data Science or related field.
  • Oracle certifications and Agile experience are desirable.
