Job Description
Job Title: Education Finance Administrator 
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Education Finance Administrator to support the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering the core functions of the service.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial administration, effective processing of school-related funding, and smooth day-to-day operations across the service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering core service functions
- Administer School Uniform and School Milk grant claims accurately and efficiently
- Manage and reconcile school meals income and related financial records
- Process invoices for both debtors and creditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Raise purchase orders and maintain correct financial documentation
- Handle general telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain and update financial records and data
- We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with financial data and administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to communicate effectively with schools, colleagues, and external contacts
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
