The Company
This independent practice has served Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk villages for over 35 years. The owner is a practising optometrist who personally mentors newly qualified colleagues and protects generous appointment times.

The Position
You will join the Norwich practice as an Optometrist, full time or part time down to three days a week, seeing patients of all ages. Newly qualified optometrists are welcome, with a named mentor, extended appointments in your first months and regular case reviews. Experienced optometrists are equally welcome, with contact lens, dry eye and myopia work to build on. Norwich offers a historic city centre, the Norfolk Broads nearby, the coast within an hour and a lower cost of living than the south. This suits an optometrist at any stage who wants support, flexibility and a long-term home. The salary is up to £65,000, depending on experience.
