Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience + uncapped performance related bonus scheme

Working hours: Full time or part time with no late nights

Responsibilities and Expectations

We're fully equipped with 7 test rooms and state of the art clinical technology. You will work with a team of 45 including trained optical assistants, dispensing opticians, and a contact lens optician to deliver exceptional patient care. Our focus is on teamwork and a patient first culture.

You will be supported through open conversations and regular 1 to 1 meetings to tailor make a career path that suits your goals. Opportunities for professional growth include WOPEC qualifications, independent prescribing, paediatric accreditations, enhanced optical services, ILM courses, Pre Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway). Your expertise will also prepare you for potential advancement to store director.

Qualifications

You must be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion, and willingness to build upon our customer focused culture. Attention to detail, a community oriented mindset, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
