Optics Retail Associate - Eye Care & Customer Experience

Boots Opticians in Fareham is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor. You will build relationships, listen to needs, and help them find the right eyewear solution while supporting pre-screening activities and eye-tests.

You will participate in Boots' Step Into Optics training programme with a mix of workshop-based and on-the-job learning, reporting to the store manager in a busy retail environment.
