Optics Office Manager: Lead Team, Boost KPIs & Growth

Specsavers Sunderland is seeking an Office Manager to support directors in running our Home Visits business. You'll lead by example, coach the team, manage performance and drive KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is based in Sunderland SR5, full-time, with occasional Saturdays. You'll oversee NHS GOS claims, scheduling, stock, and communications, contributing to profitability and growth.
