Optics Office Manager - Lead Team & Drive KPIs

Specsavers in Wembley is seeking an Office Manager to support directors in running a successful Home Visits business. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional service, drive KPIs, and manage day-to-day operations in a customer-focused environment.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee financial controls and NHS GOS administration, and collaborate with Directors on improvements and growth opportunities. A strong optics background is essential.
