Boots Opticians in Worcester is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire the team, delivering an excellent customer journey while supporting the Store Manager with commercial plans to grow the business.

You will work across the store, handling customer service, store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks, plus rota creation and performance management to help develop your team.
