Optical Retail Supervisor - KPI-Driven Leader

Specsavers Norge in Citywest Shopping Centre, Ireland, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support store directors with operations, coaching and motivating staff to meet high standards in customer service and to exceed targets.

You will use KPIs to drive sales, manage costs and maximise profits while maintaining a warm store environment. Prior optics experience is essential; training and development are provided to grow within the business.
