Optical Lab Transformation Leader - Lens Manufacturing

Zest Optical Recruitment is partnering with a leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer to recruit an experienced Lab & Transformation Manager for Buckinghamshire. The role leads a 42-strong laboratory production team and shapes the transformation strategy for the lab's growth, quality, and efficiency.

You will drive improvements across surfacing, coatings, glazing and final inspection, while coordinating with Engineering, QA and Customer Service to meet KPIs and targets.
