Ops Transformation Leader: AI, Automation & Growth

Lloyds is seeking a high impact Head of Operational Development to lead the future capability of Operations across Markets, Lending and Trade. You will translate strategic priorities into an actionable delivery roadmap and drive productivity, resilience and client outcomes through automation and AI readiness.

Reporting to the CIB COO, you will shape operating models, governance and capability building across cross functional teams, including Technology, Data and Group partners, to enable
