Ops Strategy Director: Digital Manufacturing

MCS Group is seeking a Director of Operations Strategy to lead the development and execution of the multi-year manufacturing and operations strategy. You will own the strategic roadmap for operational excellence and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, have strong financial acumen, and expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The role requires multi-site oversight with travel to locations in Comber, Coleraine, and Cardiff.
