Ophthalmology Precision Medicine Lead - Medical Director

Roche Products Ltd. is seeking a physician-scientist to build a new Ophthalmology Precision Medicine function from the ground up, defining vision, structure, and scientific direction across biomarkers, imaging, clinical science, and AI.

You will lead a cross functional team spanning translational medicine, imaging, clinical development, and data science to integrate preclinical and clinical data and shape the portfolio strategy for retinal diseases, including AMD and diabetic macular edema.
