As an operator, you will be responsible for operating the machines, resolving malfunctions, and achieving production targets. You and the team ensure that you carry out all production tasks correctly. The goal is to make production as efficient, effective, and safe as possible. You will work in a two-shift system and earn a competitive salary. As an operator, you will be responsible for tasks such as: Determining the most efficient production sequence and processing production data. Continuously monitoring and/or adjusting the production process, with a proactive approach to prevent malfunctions. Ensuring the quality of the products you produce or assemble. For the operator position, you have the following: MBO level 2 thinking and working skills. Working overtime until production is complete is not a problem. You have a strong eye for detail and quality. Working in shifts is not an issue. Training and development opportunities.
