Operator 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you'll work with high-quality raw materials to produce flavor and fragrance ingredients used in everyday products.
Using a mobile workstation with a computer and precision scale, you'll prepare recipes that can include anywhere from ten to thirty different components.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Collecting raw materials according to recipe specifications using a mobile workstation;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients based on production orders;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace during production;
• Following quality and safety procedures to ensure smooth operations;
• Collaborating with colleagues to keep production running efficiently.

You'll work in a 3-shift system:

• Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• €17.91 gross per hour (excluding shift allowance)
• 20.5% shift allowance for all worked hours
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• A long-term, full-time position with the possibility of a direct contract at IFF based on performance

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level)
• Willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
• At least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator
• Accurate, safety-conscious, and reliable
• Comfortable working with scented materials
• Physically fit, proactive, and a true team player
