Machine Operative

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Shift: Rotating Days / Afternoons / Nights (Mon-Fri) OR 4 on 4 off Days & Nights

Role Overview

Are you looking to join a growing manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its future? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established food manufacturing company that is currently undergoing significant investment and expansion. As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality standards and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production operations whilst maintaining excellent standards of Health & Safety, GMP and Food Safety across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Ensuring production targets are achieved
• Maintaining GMP, hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Completing production documentation where required
• Supporting efficient production operations
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with colleagues across production departments
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Forklift experience
