We are recruiting Production Assistants for our long standing client based in Lacock. Established in 1926, they operate a modern, high tech facility specialising in the packing of free range and organic eggs.
If you're reliable, motivated, and have at least 6 months' experience in food manufacturing, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and supportive production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Working efficiently on the production line
- Ensuring machinery runs at optimum speed and productivity
- Manual handling and movement of goods
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Enthusiastic, self motivated, and willing to learn
- Pay rates: £12.71 - £19.00 per hour (depending on shift and overtime)

This role may suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, or Hygiene Operative.
