Operations/Change Manager - London Market Insurance

Insurance organisation has a requirement for a permanent Operations/Change Manager to join them. This is an excitng time to join a growing organisation, any experience in M&A and acquistitions will be hughly desirable.

You must have strong London Market insurance experience, ideally fron an MGA background but at a minimum have experience in:

- Middle and Back Office operations

- Underwriting, trading, relationships management

- Bordereaux, data management and set up of shared services

- Process Controls

- Managing Outsourced service providers
