Operations Training Leader for Manufacturing Excellence

Siemens Healthineers in Oxford/Bicester is hiring an Operations Training Manager to lead the training function across Manufacturing Operations. You'll shape capability, accelerate onboarding, and drive continuous learning to deliver production, quality and compliance excellence.

You'll lead a team of Training Facilitators and work with SMEs, Engineering, Quality and HR to implement a forward-looking training strategy that aligns with NPI, automation and future manufacturing technologies.
