Operations Support Analyst I: Liaison & Documentation

Citi is seeking an entry-level Ops Sup Analyst 1 to provide operations support, including documentation maintenance, records storage/retrieval, account maintenance, and client communications. The role coordinates with the Operations - Core Team and serves as a liaison among operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.

Responsibilities include analysis of client reports, status updates, regulatory sign-offs, and developing training and project management
