Job Description
Requirements Key Responsibilities 
- Supervise and support fibre installation teams on a daily basis
- Carry out compliance, quality, and health & safety audits
- Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet delivery targets
- Complete administrative tasks including reporting and documentation
- Liaise with clients to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and project targets are achieved
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture
