Job Overview

Trade Counter Supervisor based in Eastleigh.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers behind the trade counter and provide product recommendations.
• Process orders-both online and in store-from suppliers.
• Manage stock in the warehouse and at the trade counter.
• Deal with new account openings to generate new business.
• Handle deliveries.

Working Hours

Full time, permanent role-40 hours per week: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 04:30pm with 1 hour break. Saturday rota 08:00am - 12:00pm paid as overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous industry or merchant experience and knowledge in plumbing/heating products.
• Prior experience in a face to face customer service/sales environment.
• Previous supervisory experience (essential).
• Team player eager to take on a diverse role and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
