Operations SupervisorThis role supervises our Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining our InFocus Assets. The Supervisor ensures the team is set up for success and meets targets set by the business.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate prompt completion of general maintenance and allocate daily tasks via our inhouse system Webops.
- Prepare weekly performance reports to ensure SLAs are met and build relationships with Local authorities.
- Supervise daily team activities, plan routes efficiently to meet SLAs, and adhere to company policies.
- Coach the team on role impact, promote respect and open communication.
- Support the team by raising challenging queries to the appropriate persons.
- Use materials efficiently and economically.
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines, report hazards and near misses immediately.
- Work with SAP for stock management and store bookings.
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and documentation.
- Manage depot facilities, including maintenance and service arrangements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, at heights, and undertake lifting duties.
- Strong team support, information sharing, and best practices.
- Adaptability in evolving environments and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- High customer service commitment.
- Highly organized, proactive, solutions-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility for out-of-hours work including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full clean driving license; HGV advantageous.
- Literate and numerate for paperwork.
- Competent with hand and power tools.
- NRASWA, IPAF, PASMA certifications are a plus.
