Operations Strategy & Analytics Lead

Lendable is seeking a Strategy Analytics Manager or Senior Manager - Operations to partner with the COO and CRO. You will lead a small team while personally delivering high priority analyses in SQL and Python to influence strategic decisions.

You will own Operations MI, define KPIs, drive workflow improvements and quantify impact using robust measurement and dashboards in a fast-growing fintech environment.
