Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our Operations team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

As Operations Project Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining, streamlining, and implementing delivery processes and tools that improve operational efficiency and support high-quality outcomes across the agency.

The core focus of this role will be to lead an internal change project to move the business to a central workflow management system. This will involve collaborating with all departments across the business; Account Management, Creative, Production, Organic Social, Media and Finance to define new processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities
  • Define realistic workflows and processes for standard and repeatable work types (e.g. creative concepts, or asset production, such as leaflets and digital media assets). Ensure alignment across internal teams to support consistent delivery.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of a new workflow management platform based on an agreed criterion.
  • Oversee the implementation, adoption, training and ongoing support for new workflow management platform, including training, onboarding and support.
  • Simplify and streamline how are platforms and systems are used, reducing complexity and enabling more effective delivery.
  • Support, coach and lead teams through these changes by setting the priorities, expectations and outputs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, drawing on knowledge and expertise from across the agency.
  • Working alongside the Head of Operations to build connections between commercial models, delivery methods and supporting/delivery platforms.
  • Extensive experience in agency project/programme delivery at scale, across a variety of program/project types.
  • A proven track record of adding value and improving and driving efficiency in project delivery methods.
  • Deep understanding of agency processes, tools and delivery systems/platforms.
  • Experience in developing and establishing new delivery models.
  • Strong capability in leading and coaching teams.
  • Proficient with IT, including Microsoft suite, commercial management, project management and workflow management tools.
  • Experienced in a range of project management tools and platforms with examples of how you have established and implemented best practices across a teams.
  • Excellent commercial management experience across large-scale and complex programs of work.
  • A passion for the live entertainment industry and desire to contribute to impactful projects.
