Operations Manager: Nuclear Decommissioning Lead

NRS Dounreay is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the safe delivery of complex nuclear decommissioning activities at the site. You will own facility performance, safety case delivery, and project execution, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager in a highly regulated environment.

You will manage safety compliance, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement while developing leadership and stakeholder management skills.
