Operations Manager: Inventory, Systems & Compliance

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bellshill is seeking an Operations Manager to lead inventory operations, warehouse systems, and data governance at the Scotland Gateway site.

You will motivate teams, manage KPI reporting across receiving, putaway, DRL dwell time, stock integrity and costs, and drive Safety policy compliance.
