What you will do

• Manage the full client pipeline from initial enquiry to policy placement, coordinating directly with insurers and senior advisers.
• Maintain operational control by tracking workflows, improving CRM data quality, and identifying bottlenecks before they impact client service.
• Ensure rigorous compliance in an FCA-regulated environment by managing sensitive data and maintaining audit-ready documentation and internal logs.

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of operational experience within UK Private Medical Insurance (PMI), financial services, or a regulated health-tech environment.
• Exceptional organizational discipline with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder pipelines without needing close supervision.
• Professional communication skills and technical proficiency in CRM systems and Excel to maintain high standards for a sophisticated client base.
