SimoTech is seeking a hands on Operations Manager to leadfacilities, Health & Safety as well as our Quality Management System as thebusiness continues to grow.
This is a high-impact roleensuring our operational foundations enable scalable growth, meet regulatoryrequirements, and create a professional, high-performing work environment.
You'll work closely withleadership and cross-functional teams to maintain robust systems while drivingcontinuous improvement across the organisation.

You'll have the autonomy to shape how thingsare done, improve systems from the ground up, and make a visible impact on howthe company scales, while staying close to the day-to-day and seeing thetangible results of your work.
This is a fully onsiterole, based in our HQ Office in Cork.
Operations and FacilitiesManagement
- Oversee the effectiveday-to-day running of SimoTech's office facilities, ensuring a safe,professional, and well organised working environment.
- Own operational standardswithin the HQ, driving consistency and excellence through clear processes andaccountability.
- Drive continuousimprovement initiatives (Lean and Agile) to increase efficiency, reducewaste, and enhance the employee experience.
- Establish and maintainstandard operating procedures (SOPs) for key office and facilities-relatedprocesses.
- Act as a centralcoordination point for facilities-related issues, projects and improvements.
- Manage day-to-day procurement, suppliermanagement, in line with annual budget with Accounts team
Health & Safety Management
- Own and manage SimoTech'sHealth & Safety framework in line with Irish regulatory requirements andindustry best practice.
- Maintain H&S policies,procedures, risk assessments, and controls for both HQ-based staff and client-sitepersonnel.
- Liaise with clients onsafety expectations, induction requirements and incident reporting whererequired.
- Coordinate inductions,training and safety communications for HQ staff and client-site basedengineers.
- Act as the central point ofcontact for H&S audits, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015)
- Lead and continuouslyimprove SimoTech's ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Ensure QMS processes effectively cover both HQoperations and client-site service delivery.
- Coordinate internal audits,management reviews and external certification audits.
- Track non-conformances anddrive corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Work cross-functionallywith engineering, HR, and management to embed quality awareness and compliancethroughout the business
- Minimum 10 years' experience in anoperations or projects role with at least 3 years in a lead or similar role.
- Engineering,building services or relevant trade qualification.
- Demonstrable experience representingHealth & Safety in an Irish workplace, preferably supported with a relevantHealth and Safety qualification.
- Hands-on experience working withor managing an ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System is preferred.
- Holds a valid full Irish drivinglicense.
- Strong organisational,documentation, and process-improvement skills.
