Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a leading and prestigious timber manufacturing company.
Due to their continued progress and development they are seeking to employ an Operations Manager for their site in Wellingborough, Northants.
Working Hours- Monday - Friday
- 7am - 4:30 pm
- Solving business challenges and strategic issues effectively
- Oversee production planning and management activities
- Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance
- Develop the production plan, budget and timelines
- Responsible for the estimating, design, production, stock control, waste management, transport and goods inwards
- Identifying skills gaps in the current workforce
- Accountable for the safety, training and development of employees
