Job Description

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Manager to join our client's successful team.

Duties of an Operations Manager:
  • Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure orders are processed on time.
  • Lead and develop production teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, costs) and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies.
  • Support the General Manager in driving a profitable, efficient, and well run site.
  • Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
What we would like from you:
  • Proven leadership experience in production or operations management (laundry or similar environment a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills with a practical, hands on approach.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs, controlling costs, and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent people management - able to motivate, develop, and retain teams.
  • Commitment to Health & Safety and high quality standards.
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
