Operations Manager Lochside House Hotel, Lodges and Spa Full-Time 
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Lochside House Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences.
Lochside House Hotel is part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group. As a member of our management team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will have the chance to develop your skills in customer service, teamwork, and food and beverage service, all while working in a beautiful setting. What You'll Be Doing:- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficient workflows across all departments.
- Leading, developing, and motivating the hotel management team.
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and ensuring cost controls are met.
- Monitoring and acting on customer feedback to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all hotel operations.
- Proven experience managing operations in a hotel or similar quality venue.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and clear approach.
- Motivated and results-driven, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to swiftly resolve issues and create memorable guest experiences.
- Experience in managing costs and achieving business objectives in hospitality.
