Overview 
Location: Cambridgeshire / Eastern Region
Sector: Property Services Building Construction Renewables
We are working with a well-established property and building services contractor delivering works for local authorities, housing associations and private clients across the Eastern region.
The business is seeking an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery across a varied portfolio including planned works, void refurbishments, kitchens & bathrooms, disabled adaptations, general building, civil works and renewable technologies.
Role Focus- Oversee operational delivery across multiple contracts
- Lead and support project and site management teams
- Drive programme, quality, H&S and cost control
- Improve consistency and operational performance
- Strong background in property services / building / construction operations
- Experience delivering public-sector or planned works programmes
- Commercially aware, organised and people-focused
- Ambitious and ready to take on broader operational responsibility
- Broad remit with real autonomy
- Close exposure to senior leadership
- Clear progression as the business continues to grow
- Company Car + Company mileage
- Salary range from £70.000 to £80.000 (depending on experience)
