Operations Manager

• As the Operations Manager, you act as the strategic bridge between the teams in the Netherlands and China. You oversee the entire supplier operations strategy from design to execution and ensure that the supply chain not only performs but continuously improves.
• You are analytical, a natural communicator, and a confident leader. You know how to create ownership, bring structure, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Above all, you are eager to learn, develop, and push both yourself and the organisation to higher levels.
• In this role, the Dutch and Chinese teams operate seamlessly as one integrated organisation. Processes are streamlined, supplier performance is stable and measurable, and teams are aligned on priorities. Thanks to your leadership, improvements are consistent, results become predictable, and the entire operation levels up.

Process Optimization & Quality Management

• Initiate and manage improvement projects within the supply chain
• Safeguard delivery accuracy, quality standards, and process efficiency

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a strategic partner to suppliers
• Act as a strong connector between cross-border teams
• Ensure transparent communication and alignment between all parties

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks early and proactively resolve operational challenges
• Establish a problem-solving culture throughout the organisation

Who You Are

• Proven leadership experience
• Strong interest in the Chinese market and cultural dynamics
• Fluent in English and Dutch, Mandarin is a strong plus
• Natural authority with the confidence to address challenges directly
• Structured, analytical, detail-oriented
• Highly motivated to grow and continuously improve
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
