A wonderful restaurant group that we just love to work with. The most gorgeous interiors, warmest vibe and perfect spot to eat a cosy meal at. They work with the best suppliers, the food is beautiful, the wine list is fantastic, and excitingly they are about to open their newest site, so this is such an exciting time to join.

We are looking for an operations manager who will be responsible for the two restaurants. You will have a primarily office based role, lots of admin, and overseeing the finances of both sites, and their ordering. A keen interest in the best food and natural wine is needed. But really we just need a mega GM who is ready to get into operations, as this would be a great first ops role.
