Hyatt Regency London Olympia is part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre built in 1873, into a comprehensive district featuring a boutique cinema, a music and performing arts venue, a theatre, a rooftop sky garden, restaurants, shops, cafés, and co-working spaces.

Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, a lobby lounge, 3 meeting rooms, and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.

The role

As Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the hotel, including Rooms, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Culinary. You will lead teams, enhance guest experiences, and uphold our high standards.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead a guest-first culture, ensuring luxury service across all departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Maintain quality, cleanliness, and ambiance in all areas.
  • Implement action plans from guest satisfaction and colleague engagement surveys.
  • Support business planning and revenue strategies while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure health, safety, and brand standards compliance.
  • Seek innovation and market opportunities to keep operations competitive.
  • Assist the General Manager in shaping the property's vision and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Promote team engagement and a positive work environment.

About you

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a successful background in five-star hotel operations. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to inspire others are essential. Experience in Rooms operations and familiarity with London's dynamic environment are highly advantageous.
