Operations Manager

Operations Manager required to join our rapidly expanding tech recruitment business.

You will be an ambitious individual with a creative and can do attitude that is looking to impact a small but growing organisation. We are looking to be one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and are looking for an ambitious individual who will really make a difference to the business.

The position will be to work within our operation team in a full time capacity, assisting with operational activities for the smooth running of this business, this will include in a wide range of areas from:

Internal Systems

HR

People and Culture

Performance Analytics

Managing Suppliers

Financial Oversight

Marketing

You will be looking to be part of an organisation that you can make an impact in and take a lot of responsibility from the start working directly with the CEO and the management team.

Based in Vauxhall we run numerous competitions throughout the months from holidays to Croatia, Barbados, regular Michelin Star restaurant trips and Friday socials.
