Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Manager of Operations to oversee our operational processes and improve efficiency. You bring regularity, calmness and results to the total operations process. You do this by having an overview, making analyses and translating improvement proposals into pragmatic implementation plans. This way, we ensure that we do things a little smarter every day with better quality for our customers as our goal.

Your days will also be filled with, among other things:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Managing and leading the operations team, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental goals.
• Analyzing operational data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Ensuring timely and correct administrative processing of the work carried out and declarations.

What we are looking for

• A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
• Experience with project or product management preferrable in an industrial/factory environment, plus is experience in food.
• Technical knowledge: PLC, mechanical, electrical, CE, remote access possibilities and safety.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 5 years of people management, stakeholder management, supplier relationship management an quality control experience.
• Mastery and knowledge of the English language.
• You take a proactive approach in your work.
• You are friendly to colleagues and customers and have strong empathetic skills.
• You have at least a driving license B.
• You have the ambition to grow with us and you see chances in innovation and the development of our products.
