Operations Manager - UK Wide - £Highly Competitive Package

About the Role

International, innovative digital brand management company is seeking an Operations Manager to work with the Commercial team to understand their commercial contractual arrangements. Candidates must have Packaging Repro experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create plans to continuously strive to meet or exceed contractual arrangements using available resources in the most effective manner, ensuring site can deliver business requirements at all times.
• Manage and organise resources efficiently and effectively, work as a lean operation, constantly seeking process improvements while minimizing costs and motivating team under pressure.
• Collaborate with other Operations Managers to modify, improve, refine standard operating procedures.
• Work with Commercial Managers to implement identified improvements to ways of working, ensuring customer deliverables are accurate and improving productivity.
• Exemplify good leadership; develop and continuously improve communication, team building and training.
• Recruit and develop talented, friendly and positive people.

Qualifications

Experience in packaging reprogramming and operations management within the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
