Operations Manager - Occupational Health Growth Lead

MCL Medics is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day delivery of health surveillance programmes, onsite nurses and client bookings. You will lead managers and coordinators and ensure performance, quality and a great client experience.

The role requires compliance with GDPR and ISO standards, with travel to client sites as needed. This is an office-based position in Southport, supporting our growth.
