Operations Manager

We have a vacancy for an Operations Manager for our client specializing in large format digital printing with products such as roll ups, PVC banners, exhibition displays, and wind flags. The position is located in Slough (moving to Reading, Maidenhead in mid-2015). The role involves building the foundations for the next phase of growth at the client's UK branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule and manage daily jobs from quote to production.
• Lead a team of 5 covering pre-press and production department.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the production department: print room, finishing, dispatch and warehousing.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the pre-press department.
• Manage after-sales warranty claims: record, resolve, report.
• Develop, maintain and enforce company workflow and guidelines.

Experience Required

• Experience in large format digital printing / exhibition & POS displays is a must.
• Experience in running a production department (large format digital printer and finishing stations).
