Operations Manager - Midlands - circa £50k per annum

We are looking for a proactive individual to play a pivotal role within a renowned printing company. As Operations Manager, you will oversee all production teams, developing and/or adapting processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, etc.

The selected individual will thrive on a fast paced, high demanding working environment. You must exhibit an ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritise tasks. You will be accountable for optimising the client experience, delivering operational excellence, enhancing employee experience and supporting company growth. This therefore requires a robust individual with profound organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in successfully managing production teams within a print, pre-press, packaging or graphics manufacturing environment.
• Significant knowledge of the industry's products, solutions and services.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the market and business environment that affects assigned clients.
• Impressive presentation and communication skills (written, verbal) and significant people, organisational, and analytical skills.
