Operations Manager - Midlands - circa £50k per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive individual to play a pivotal role within a renowned printing company. As Operations Manager, you will oversee all production teams, developing and/or adapting processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, etc.

Responsibilities

The selected individual will thrive on a fast paced, high demanding working environment. You must exhibit an ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritise tasks. You will be accountable for optimising the client experience, delivering operational excellence, enhancing employee experience and supporting company growth. This therefore requires a robust individual with profound organisational skills.

Qualifications & Experience

You must have proven experience in successfully managing production teams within a print, pre press, packaging or graphics manufacturing environment, along with significant knowledge of the industry's products, solutions and services.

With a strong commercial acumen, you will have a strong understanding of the market and business environment that affects the assigned clients.

Being one of the key members of the team, you must have impressive presentation and communication skills (written, verbal), along with significant people, organisational, and analytical skills.
