Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Full-time Permanent Monday - Friday

Overview:

JCE is a world leading manufacturer of Ex certified and safe area electrical control systems, with over 45 years' experience delivering compliant solutions for hazardous and industrial environments worldwide.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing:

• Quality, compliance, and audits
• Workshop production and workflow

Key Responsibilites:

• Managing day-to-day operations and production delivery
• Lead daily coordination between engineering and production
• Overseeing site work and project execution
• Ensure accurate preparation of technical documentation and certification packs
• Leading teams and driving performance
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Strong background in manufacturing or engineering operations
• Experience managing projects and teams
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001)
• Ideally experience with ATEX / IECEx or hazardous area equipment
