Job Description

A service focused and competitive litho & digital printing company with extensive finishing facilities has an opening for an Operations Manager. This role will lead an experienced workforce and a team of skilled printers who ensure every job is completed to required specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take leadership of a team in a fast paced and busy production environment.
  • Provide clear direction to team leaders and operatives and make important decisions under high pressure situations.
  • Motivate staff to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the company's quality standards.
  • Communicate business goals and targets effectively to the team.
  • Cultivate and implement performance measures to ensure production standards are met.
  • Ensure the manufacturing facility is safe, compliant and up to date with the latest policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing standards within the printing industry.
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest policies and procedures required to manage a safe and compliant manufacturing facility.
