Operations Manager - Claims & Governance

Arthur is hiring an experienced General Operations Manager to join our insurance operations. You will report to the UK Head of Operations and oversee claims operations, supplier performance, data governance and office operations while driving continuous improvement across the business.

You will lead a small operations team, manage relationships with Panel Solicitors, supervise the FNOL function and ensure service standards and customer outcomes are achieved.
