Operations Leader: Student Housing & Facilities

Griffith College Dublin is seeking an Operations Manager for Griffith Halls of Residence to lead daily operations, maintenance, housekeeping and staffing. The role includes ensuring readiness between academic-year and summer operations, deputising for the General Manager as required and managing contractor activity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in student accommodation or facilities, strong leadership, budgeting and safety knowledge, and familiarity with property management systems.
