Operations Leader for Care Services & Growth

A leading UK care services organisation is seeking an Operations Manager. You will provide day-to-day operational leadership across domiciliary, supported living, community services and live-in care, translating strategic and regulatory direction into consistent, high-quality delivery on the ground.

The role will directly manage three Service Leads, optimise staffing and mobilisation, and act as the key operational escalation point across all service lines.
