Operations Lead - Wastewater Treatment & Assets

Severn Trent Water is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our Worcestershire patch Sewage Treatment Works within the Waste Water Recycling South region. You will develop and lead a high performing, multifunctional team to deliver exceptional service and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, change management and the ability to respond to emergencies.
