Operations Lead - Quality, EHS & Logistics

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking a senior Operations lead to act as second-in-command within Operations. You will oversee Quality, EHS, Facilities, Logistics, and ERP/order administration, driving performance, compliance, and risk management across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will line-manage a small team, set clear expectations, and work hands-on across a broad remit while aligning multiple functions to a shared rhythm. A strong focus on continuous improvement is expected.
